Who Is Micah 6 Community?

Community gardens and food programs
Summer youth programs
Basic home repair projects
Development initiatives that foster community unity
Our Culture
At Micah 6 Community, we value employees who embody our cultural principles:
Relationships First: We prioritize relationships over projects and neighbors above all else, fostering positive, lasting connections.
Figure It Out: We are self-starters, finding creative solutions to challenges where there’s no easy answer.
Innovate/Take Risks: “Give it a shot.” We embrace trying new ideas, learning from mistakes, and never standing still.
Follow-Through: Consistency builds credibility. We do what we say we will, even when the task is tough.
As we grow, our team is often stretched, balancing large projects with the immediate needs of neighbors.
